We just LOVE pidgies!!!

Well, no trip to High Park today. I wasn't feeling up to it. Somehow, earlier in the week, I managed to damage my right arm/shoulder (I think it's my rotator cuff) playing ball with one of the big dogs in the park. I aggravated it further in my yoga class yesterday, so I'm taking some time off from 'all-things-that-move-my-arm.' Hopefully a trip to the massage therapist tomorrow will take care of it and I won't end up in the doctor's office. Ug.
We still went on all of our regular round-the-block walks today and visited our neighbourhood park. In the evening, we rode to the small dog park on my bicycle. I think it's good that Dusty had a quiet day - she probably needed it after all of the activity of the week.
As a special treat, I gave her a raw bone to chew on. We sat out on the front lawn and I read a novel while she chewed. When I'm reading a good book, I'm just like a dog with bone (so we're a matched pair!). *grin*
