Park and Crate

The reward! (turkey dog treats)

10:00 p.m.
We had more park time today. We went to the park in the morning and made it to the Small Dog Park in the evening, plus we went on a very long walk at lunchtime. But there was also a lot of crate time, as I ran errands, went to yoga and played a hockey game.

Some non-dog-related news:
I went to our new apartment to measure the space, storage space in particular. Looks very good - there's more space than I thought, actually. The apartment *is* small, made even smaller by the piles of stuff the current tenant has stacked against the walls, the scattered clutter and the rabbit cage in the middle of the room.

And it looks still smaller since the windows are all covered up with sheets. There are little pieces of paper taped on the windows to deny entry to any possible sliver of sunlight. It's puzzling, considering the view. The door to the balcony is blocked. Hard to tell how opening it up will effect the perception of space.

Even before the move-in, I can say that moving to a smaller space has been really good for me. I've decluttered a LOT! I'm so much more organised.
