New kid in the hood

Naptime on the stool.

10:00 p.m.
It was a boring day, from a doggy perspective (that perspective being from inside a crate, since I took Dusty to the gallery in the afternoon).

We had some excitement in the morning though - there's a new miniature schnauzer in the neighbourhood! (I think they're catching on!). Her name is Molly and she's four months old. She was adopted from a man who had found the puppy too much of a handful.

Her new person is delighted with her, though, and we're delighted to have a new playmate. Dusty seemed really frustrated that she couldn't get the new pup to play, but that will come in time.

Right now, Dusty is on the papasan chair - her new favourite spot - sleeping deeply. I don't think she sleeps much at the gallery and she had an active day. Poor, tired puppy!
