March Snow

We had another Big Snow Storm on Wednesday.
I blazed a little trail through the snow for Dusty and she loves it!

9:30 a.m.
Dusty has been developing her 'con-artist' persona. She knows that I give her a treat after she pees, so this morning she squatted a second time and peed precisely three drops. Then, she turned expectantly.

Heh. I don't think so!

5:00 p.m.
We discovered a terrific new pet store near my massage therapist (at Yonge and Lawrence) called 'SuperPets'. I was so impressed by this place - it was clear that the staff really loved the animals. A bunny was playing over by the cash register. The bird cages all had species-appropriate toys. The selection of dog stuff was very impressive.

I bought a few more new toys because they were on sale 2 for 1. They had these really cute red polarfleece 'Roots' dog sweaters. I really, really wanted to buy one, but they were $60! Argh. Very good quality, though. Maybe 'Grandma' wants to buy the baby a gift? ;-)

11:00 p.m.
And just when I thought we were way beyond the barfing thing, she barfed again. And just when I thought we were way beyond the crying thing, my neighbour told me that Dusty was crying the other night while I was out. *sigh*

So it's back to the drawing board with short-term confinement. Not much I can do about the barfing. I suspect she made herself sick when she was eating dirty snow today.
