Cool Dog

The Quest for a Nap

10:00 p.m.
I spoke too soon - today was a cooler day and in the afternoon, it rained. Hard.

Fortunately, I had the foresight to visit High Park with Dusty in the morning. We had a lovely time playing, walking and watching Huge Menacing Storm Clouds move in over Lake Ontario.

In the afternoon, we napped (I wasn't feeling well and Dusty just enjoys sleep).

In the evening, television. (because I still wasn't feeling well).

As for Dusty, she enjoyed a new Nylabone I gave her (I've been keeping it, in anticipation of rainy days).

Our day could possibly be characterized by what we were NOT doing, mainly that would be 'training.' Dusty starts her agility class on Saturday and we've done some minimal work with contacts. Dusty understands the concept of touching her nose to the margerine top, but sadly, the ones I have are the wrong colour. Hopefully, this won't trip her up too much.

Tomorrow: more rain.
