Big Dog Food

Sitting like a good dog in the elevator.

11:30 p.m.
Somehow, in all the mundanity of everyday life, I forgot to mention a major milestone that was passed this week: I bought Dusty's first bag of adult dog food. Okay, I know it's not *that* big of a deal, but since dogs don't have Bat Mitzvahs, I suppose this constitutes a passage to adulthood of some sort.

I choose the adult food closest in flavour to her puppy food. Right now, she's eating half and half. The real test will come when I run out of puppy food and she's on the adult stuff completely. I'm not too worried, considering that my dog considers cigarette butts fine cuisine - definitely not a picky eater.

My puppy is growing up. *sigh*
